The CERA  App offers six unique programs, each designed to support different aspects of your daily wellness journey. Let's explore when and how to incorporate these programs into your routine for optimal results. Make sure you download the CERA mobile App available on Apple/Android. 


Energy Program

Transform your morning or afternoon routine with our foundational Energy program. This setting delivers consistent light therapy across all wavelengths, making it perfect for those moments when you need an extra boost. It's also the default setting when using the headband's manual switch without the app. Many of our community members incorporate this program into their morning routine or during the afternoon dip when they need to refresh their day.


Balance Program

Inspired by nature's rhythms, the Balance program operates at a gentle 7.8Hz frequency, the same as the Earth's natural resonance. This calming program is ideal for grounding and centering, especially during stressful periods. Consider using Balance during your lunch break or when transitioning from work to evening relaxation. It's particularly beneficial when combined with deep breathing exercises or gentle movement practices.


Resilience Program

The Resilience program focuses on supporting your frontal brain regions, helping you maintain composure during challenging situations. Perform Program

Meditate Program
