How to Use the CERA App for Optimal WellnessUpdated 7 months ago

The CERA App is designed to enhance your experience with the CERA System, helping you get the most out of your brain and gut wellness routine. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Download and Install the App

2. Sign Up and Verify Your Account

  • Open the app and tap "Sign Up."

  • You’ll receive a verification email—click the link inside to verify your account before proceeding.

3. Connect the CERA Headband

  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone or tablet.

  • Follow the app’s prompts to pair your CERA Headband. Make sure it is powered on and within range.

4. Select a Wellness Program

  • Browse the app’s library of preset programs targeting goals like stress relief, focus, or sleep.

  • Tap on the program that suits your current needs.

  • Consistency is key to seeing results- keep it consistent with 3 or more sessions a week.

5. Select Music 

  • Once you have started your program navigate to the music tab and select a meditation.

  • Programs include optional breathing or mindfulness cues for added benefit.

6. Start and Monitor Your Session

  • Tap "Start Session" to begin.

  • You can track progress and feedback in real time through the app interface.

7. Offline Use Option

  • Once a session is started, you may turn off Bluetooth if desired.

  • The CERA device will continue running the selected session without requiring ongoing connection to your phone.

8. Session Completion 

  • At the end of the session, the app will notify you.

Note: The CERA App is a wellness companion, not a medical device. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new health regimen.
